1. What should I do in a medical emergency?
In case of an emergency, seek immediate treatment at one of the hospitals listed in your insurance documentation. As soon as possible, contact the Claims Department to inform them of the situation and ensure the treatment is covered. The contact details are:

2. How do I claim a refund for medical expenses?
After consulting a doctor, contact the Claims Department and send photos or scans of all receipts related to the event. The Claims Department will review the request and contact you regarding the refund, if applicable. The contact details are:

3. What is the excess mentioned in the policy?
The excess is the amount you must pay per event before the insurance covers the expenses. This means any refund will be calculated after deducting this amount.
4. Can I choose any General Practitioner (GP)?
Yes, you can choose any GP of your preference, as long as the treatment is in accordance with the terms of your policy. The insurance does not maintain a list of GPs, leaving this choice up to the student.
5. Does the insurance cover dental treatments?
The insurance covers dental expenses only if they result from an accidental injury, with a maximum refundable amount of EUR 500. Routine dental treatments are not covered.
